SCC – Sports Car Center's New Strategy Implementation Progresses as Planned
The changes aligned with the strategy overhaul that began last September (News 12.9.2023) are nearing completion. Over the summer, Turku, Tampere, and now also Jyväskylä have begun implementing the new strategy's concept in their regions at new regional sales points.
Next, Espoo's sales organization will merge into the Airport’s operations as per the strategy. Espoo’s sales team will join as part of Airport’s sales on 15.8.2024, enhancing Airport’s role as a flagship store. Later, on September 30, 2024, Espoo’s maintenance services will also merge into Airport’s, boosting the site's customer service capabilities and allowing for a broader range of maintenance services.
Located Along Excellent Travel Routes
Airport will continue to operate as a full-service car dealership for all customers in the capital region. Its excellent location in Helsinki along Ring III guarantees quick access from all directions, being on average just a 20-minute drive for most customers in the area. The dealership's maintenance service brands include Mercedes-Benz, Land Rover, Jaguar, Volvo, Polestar, Renault, Dacia, and Ram. With the new concept, we can offer our customers better and more personalized service throughout Finland. Jyväskylä, Tampere, and Turku serve as regional sales points, attending to the automotive needs of their respective regions. From a business perspective, the Airport location functions nationwide as a centralized warehouse for the company’s car sales, a sales preparation process producer, distribution point, and a centralized service hub.
On 13.8.2024, seasoned automotive expert Marko Leivo will join SCC – Sports Car Center to oversee the centralized operations of car sales at Airport in his new role.
