The data concerning the data subject are obtained on a regular basis:

from the data subject himself/herself by telephone, return card, Internet, e-mail or

by electronic mail, e-mail or other similar means;

cookies or other similar technologies;

from partners;

the so-called Robinson register maintained by the Finnish Association for Customer Marketing; and the VRK/Population Information System, the Postal Address Information System, the Trafi Address Information System, telephone company contact information registers and other similar private and public registers.

6. Regular disclosures and transfers of data outside the EU or the European Economic Area

Where necessary, data will be disclosed to selected partners of Oy Sports Car Center Ab in connection with vehicle warranty, servicing or other maintenance or safety-related activities, for direct marketing purposes, opinion and market research and other similar surveys. Data may also be disclosed for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy to other companies within the Catamount Group from time to time and to the transferee company in the event of a business transfer.

The data subject has the right to check the data concerning him/her stored in the register by submitting a written request to Oy Sports Car Center Ab to the contact person (point 1).

8. Principles for the protection of the register and retention period

The personal data register is kept only in electronic form. Access to the system containing personal data is restricted to those employees who are authorised to process customer data on the basis of their job description. Each user has his/her own user name and password for the system. Access to the work premises is controlled by means of badges. The data is collected in databases protected by firewalls, passwords and other technical means.

Personal data is stored for as long as the customer relationship is in force. Personal data is automatically deleted after 6 years if the customer relationship has not been active. After termination of the service, the data may be stored and used for direct marketing and profiling purposes, unless the data subject has opted out of direct marketing or profiling.
