SCC – Sports Car Center Enhances and Develops Its Business
SCC – Sports Car Center (SCC) is set to implement a new business strategy in the coming weeks as part of a larger strategic realignment. Moving forward, SCC locations will be designed to be more customer-centric, offering all automotive-related services in one place.
"In this changing and challenging global environment, our new business strategy is built solely with our customers in mind. The new, larger full-service car dealerships will provide all the necessary functions related to driving. We are also continuously developing new digital tools to meet customer preferences," says Markus Freund, CEO of SCC – Sports Car Center.
The car sales locations in Tuusula and Helsinki (Herttoniemi) will merge into the Airport and Espoo locations. In Sweden, the Smista location will merge into the Upplands Väsby location. These mergers will take place during week 37, and the Tuusula, Helsinki, and Smista locations will cease operations at their old addresses after September 15, 2023.
Improved Customer Service from a Single Location
This strategic change aims to ensure better service availability and a more customer-oriented experience. The Airport and Espoo locations will now serve as full-service automotive centers, offering everything from car sales to maintenance and leasing services.
We are also strengthening our service network with new brands and maintenance services. New official Mercedes-Benz and Polestar service centers have opened at the Airport location. Additionally, we will open an official Volvo service center at our Tampere location this fall. With the expansion of our service network, we have invested in skilled staff by hiring new employees for our service departments.
